Tacchino!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I was lucky to be at home in Tennessee and share the holiday with my family. It had been about five months since I'd been back, so it was nice to come home. I have caught up on sleep and have mastered relaxing! Thanksgiving is like a teaser for Christmas because were getting close to that holiday and in a month I'll be back home, but will have about a month off which is great. 

I can't forget my Thanksgiving a year ago in Italy where three friends of mine cooked up an Italian themed Thanksgiving. I have been day dreaming about it and Italy a lot lately. I love how Thanksgiving can bring friends and family together to enjoy food and time together. I really enjoy cooking so it's always fun for me to cook for everyone.
